Conflict Resolution & Decision Making Workshop

Decisions can be difficult and overwhelming, which can lead to frustration and conflict between ourselves and others.

What often causes conflicts is typically not how challenging the issues are, but instead, the route of conflict resolution

people choose to take. This workshop will identify what steps a person can take to manage their thinking and voices

of conflict before transferring those to someone else. You will learn more about how to communicate effectively to handle

conflict in ways that enhance your relationships with yourself, family, community and in the workplace.
