Cognitive Behavior Therapy with Mindfulness Class

An event every week that begins at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until April 26, 2022
Cognitive Behavior Therapy with Mindfulness (CBTm) classes will include both information and experiential learning. Homework will also be assigned weekly. The 4 classes will cover the following material:
Class 1: Mindfulness, Basics of Cognitive Therapy, Thinking Traps, Thought Records
Class 2: Mindfulness, Basics of Behaviour Therapy, Goal-Setting
Class 3: Mindfulness, Principles of Healthy Living, Goal-Setting
Class 4: Mindfulness, Anger/Assertiveness, Thought Records, Problem-Solving
